Wifi Not Working
1. Make sure whether the wireless function is activated
Turn on/off wireless function by hotkey Fn + F2
If the hotkey doesn't work, please refer to Hot keys on ASUS notebook are not functional and working
2. Check whether the wireless network device in Device Manager is abnormal
[Start] -> [Control Panel] -> [Device manager] and check whether the Internet Interface card appears with exclamation mark
The woding in green square of below image shows the normal working of Internet card ; while the one in red square with exclamation mark shows abnormal working of Internet card.
If there is exclamation mark on the device, you can download the latest driver for internet card on ASUS officail site and install.

3. Enter [Network and Sharing Center] for troubleshooting
No excalamation mark on Device Manager means normal working of internet card. It might be caused by system setting or other internet facilities
[Start] -> [Control Panel] -> [ Network and Sharing Center] -> check basic network information
If there is either exclamation mark or 'X' , you can click and conduct troubleshooting for Internet issue in Windows.
4. Default the Internet Setting
[Start] -> [Search for program and files ] -> key in "cmd" and enter
Click "cmd" and Execute
Key in " netsh winsock reset" and enter
Need to restart the device (Reset)
5. Unable to get access to internet because of browser
If you fail to connect to internet by browser but chatting apps are working normally, you can try to reset / default the browser to solve this issue.
Take Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) for example . click the gear sign on the right top corner and choose "Internet Options"
Choose " Advanced" and click "Reset" to proceed
